Whether you're procrastinating writing a report and needing that mental break with a warm delicious reward at the end or needing to express yourself creatively when things in your life seem to be on the brink of an avalanche. Apart from the obvious taste and smell stimulation, the act of baking can boost confidence, relieve stress and anxiety and bring focus to your day.
Baking is a science. Have you ever noticed how despite having an exact set of measurements and instructions, your result may end up different than the next person? This is an analogy on life. I lost count of the number of times I “messed up” a recipe and ended up with something I was still ok with.
