Meet Carm
Carm Pileggi is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) currently accepting new psychotherapy clients. She is a registered member of the CRPO, CCPA and The Ontario Child and Youth Care Association.
Carm’s passion for empowering others extends from therapy, community to thoughtfully crafted self-help tools to help you connect to yourself and the people you love. She is a published author of The Affirmation Journal for Women: Powerful Prompts to Transform Your Outlook on Life and creator of the Connecting Through Grief card deck.
Her personal journey with grief and loss began as an adolescent and inspired her career as a Youth Development Worker and the creation of her online community, Girls Gotta Heal.

Carm firmly believes that your greatest investment is in yourself and echoes that accountability and empowerment in the Girls Gotta Heal community. Carm continues to strive to impact community and individuals in their personal development and healing journey by meeting them where they are at and honouring the experiences that have profoundly shaped them.
